Just went back from Bedok Pasar malam, bought 3 of my fave shirts for $10. Was pretty lucky my dad gave me $10 before I went to tuition.
Anyway, shonen and shuojo. Those who had NEVER read AT LEAST a shonen or shuojo manga won't really understand this.
One Piece, Bleach and Naruto are examples & 3 most popular shonen comics.
Fruits Basket, Love Hina, are examples of shuojo comics.
And honestly. I think Shuojo sucks. Pardon you shuojo fans.
Don't get me wrong. Not ALL shuojo sucks. But, I mean, look. Its all about romance, and stuff. Its freaking girly. I mean, how do you say... Its usually for people who are lovestruck by cute guys or girls or somthing, or stuff. I mean... how do you say... SHUOJO IS FREAKING BORING. It has the same story line and stuff, always talking about school life. Same plot, and someone ALWAYS FALLS IN LOVE. I was like, WTF.
Ever heard of sailor moon? They say its the 'mother' of transformations. Its the oldest cartoon to ever make a 'girl transformation'. Don't know what that is?

Anyway, thanks to sailor moon, Tokyo Mew Mew, Mermaid Melody and stuff, were created. And yeah... They still suck. They took over 20 seconds to make a transformation. waste time sia. And they also meet friends who share the same power with them, but they're the main charaters. I get sick of those crap. And they had a crush and stuff. lol.
Fushigi Yuugi is another form of shuojo manga. Don't watch the anime or read the manga. It is not suitable for young people. I watched the anime. And it stinks like hell. Always talking about all those adultish stuff, unsuitable for young viewers. It is about a girl who is trapped in Ancient China and stuff. Then she found out she is the priest of the kingdom and stuff. Then a lot of complications happened. If I were the rater, I'd rate it as NC-16. lol.
*Sigh* Dunno how to continue... Oh yeah. There are also yaoi and yuri(gay & les) comics. Usually shuojo. o_o I mean, HEY! KEEP YOUR FREAKING DIRTY MIND TO YOURSELF!!! WE DON'T WANT KIDS HORMONES TO FREAKING EVOLVE EARLY!!!
Natsuki Takaya & Yuu Watase... *sigh*... I only have one thing to say to you. You suck like hell, and seriously... you changed your drawing style to the uglier, and your hormones evolved too early. You suck at story plots.
Overall, shuojo, you suck like hell. DNAngel is pretty okay, cus it makes a lotta sense.

RAVE MASTER & FAIRY TAIL. WOOT. They are created by the awesome HIRO MASHIMA-SAN. I first watched Rave master when I was 6. It rocks man. But too bad only 53 episodes... The story plot is kinda good, even though it drags on. Unlike Bleach.
Bleach is a nice anime, but seriously, it dragged on too long. The first 100 episodes were really good and stuff, the plot is okay, but with the manga, Tite Kubo, the creator, is having a lotta difficulty creating a new plot and stuff. Sigh... Tite... You should really learn from Hiro. Go ahead and kill Aizen for all I care and end the freaking story.
Erm, DGray Man is nice. The plot is good, and the story moves people. But srsly, does the creator have a mental problem or something? Every character he introduces us to was killed by monsters. O_o And srsly, its really emotional.
AHH. ONE PIECE. One of my MOST FAVORITE MANGA(apart from Rave & Fairy Tail XD) The story drags on, but the plot is much better. I guess cus its probably easier as there is a lotta fantasy going on in the story, and its really fun and epic to begin with. I love the story, even though its really cartoonic.
I also realised that shonen comics tend to be much more detailed than shojo comics. :3
